Hello Beautiful!

Let me introduce myself and
a little bit of my journey.

That leading up to the creation
of Self Love Renovation and the
Movement it has become today.

I am a mother, a thyroid cancer
and domestic violence survivor.

I was misdiagnosed with
Thyroid cancer and ended up
with a mishap that created
the inability for me to eat solid
foods for 2 years.

That moment in that dime
doctors office slapped with the
news that I had cancer.

I can promise you 2 things I
definitely didn’t jump up
  with joy.

if you were to ask me my
thoughts it wouldn’t be that
my negative news was a
celebration.

But I can tell you this I thank
my cancer everyday.

When I left a domestically violent
and toxic 13 year relationship
with the only person I had ever
known.

I found my self worth, pride
and self love in pieces on
the floor.

I knew I could in time pick them
all back up when i was ready.

I was thankful for the lessons I
had learned because they created
the woman that stands before
you today.


After 2 YEARS of not eating,
dealing with my thyroid cancer
and a toxic relationship
while raising a child with
dyslexia on my own.

I reconciled with my soul and
that little girl within and I
DECIDED TO BE BRAVE.

While I dealt with my 23
month with cancer and
liquid diet.

I established that i had to
learn more to self heal.

I noticed a huge shift in my
mental health and mindset.

My greatest results were when i
became clear and aware of what i
desired most and what i
deserved.

It gave me the clarity i needed
to really show up in my life.

While working towards goals and
outcomes that really matter
to me.

I took the opportunity to create
a positive intention to stay
present and grateful.

As my journey was definitely a
constant battle i made the
choice to stay positive and
forward moving not only for
myself but for my daughter.

Here is where I discovered my
passion and purpose on this
journey.

I then made the decision to
intentionally create Self love
renovation collective community
to do just that.

The goal behind Self
love renovation goal is to
facilitate, educate, empower
women every single day.

My mission is to bring a sense
of community, support and
genuine connection.

Self love Renovation hosts a
variety of events, workshops
and programs.

As a community we encourage
each other to own the power
to write their own story!


If you said to me 5 years ago I would
be standing on stage, facilitating,
coaching and empowering women
to live their best life.

I would of laughed and told you
that was crazy talk.

I would of never in my wildest
dreams thought my journey would
lead me to such incredible things.

I would never thought I was
WORTH this amazing community
or the experiences.

But if you asked me today i
would tell you that we are made
for great things and deserving of
all we choose to attract.

In a moment of vulnerability I
shared my story that not only
lead me to this road.

Our story’s define
us may separately but sharing
them together creates the
ability to no longer have to
stand alone.

For that I am forever grateful
